Legend’s story began with our founder, Patrick, and his three brothers—exceptionally skilled yet humble jewelers who aspired to make a name for themselves. Armed with confidence in their craftsmanship, a keen eye for design, high standards, and unwavering integrity, Patrick introduced their creations at the inaugural JCK show in 1992. There, he caught the attention of Andy Harris, CEO of Simon Golub & Son, one of the foremost jewelry wholesalers of the century. Shortly thereafter, Legend was established, and it has since served U.S. department stores, jewelry chain stores, and independent retailers with distinction.

As Legend expanded alongside Simon Golub, becoming their primary manufacturer, we also emerged as the preferred manufacturer for many of the world’s top jewelry brands, including Harry Winston, Blue Nile, Zales, Sterling, Macy’s, and numerous leading independent wholesalers. Jewelers across the U.S. marvel at the quality, design, value, and sales conversion our products deliver. We are renowned for consistently producing hits, seamlessly integrating trends into everyday wear, and reimagining classic styles.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Customers may contact our Customer Service department directly to request a cancellation before the order ships out.

CAN I CANCEL AN ITEM IN MY ORDER?

No. You must accept your order and then arrange a return for a full refund. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, you must place a new order on our website.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

During this time, we are unable to offer gift wrapping.

ARE STATE/LOCAL TAXES ADDED TO ORDERS?

Only when applicable. The tax rate applied to your order will be the combined state and local rates of the address where your order is delivered to.

DO YOU SHIP TO MILITARY BASES? ESTIMATE DELIVERY?

Legend Jewelry ships to US Military Bases. These orders have specific delivery times and restrictions applied. Send a message to our Customer Service Team to discuss further details.

CAN I SCHEDULE A PICK-UP AT UPS PICK-UP LOCATION?

Once UPS makes one failed attempt to deliver the package, you may arrange a pickup at a UPS location. Contact our Customer Service Team to make the proper changes, so we can manually redirect the package.

CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ONLINE ORDER AT MY LOCAL GABRIEL RETAILER?

No exchange or return transactions can be completed at the location of an Legend Authorized Retailer.
